Create a job, tap Start when you pick up the tools, tap Stop when you're done. The app calculates your earnings automatically based on your hourly rate and tracks your progress against a daily labour target. You can also add materials and parts costs to each job to see the full picture.

Yes. GraftLogik is built offline-first. All your data is stored on your phone and works with no signal at all. When you do have Wi-Fi or mobile data, the app syncs to the cloud automatically so your data is backed up.

GraftLogik is free for the first 30 days with no restrictions — the full app, every feature. After that it's £3.99/month or £29.99/year (saves 33%). That works out to less than 60p a week. You can cancel any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. You'll see GraftLogik listed there. Tap it and choose Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't make cancellation difficult — if it's not for you, no hard feelings.

Yes. You set a default hourly rate in Settings, which applies to new jobs automatically. You can also override the rate on any individual job — handy if you charge different rates for different types of work.

Your data stays on your phone and in the cloud backup as long as your account exists. If you cancel your subscription, your existing data isn't deleted. If you decide to come back later, it'll still be there.

Yes. Every job has a time logs section where you can manually adjust start and end times. Forgot to stop the timer? Left it running over lunch? Just edit the entry. The app recalculates your earnings automatically.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link. Tap it from your phone and you'll be taken straight to the password reset screen in the app.

Not yet — GraftLogik is currently available on iPhone only. An Android version is in the works. If you'd like to be notified when it launches, drop us an email and we'll let you know.

Absolutely. The app works for anyone who bills by the hour and wants to track daily earnings — mechanics, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, mobile repair techs, you name it. The job title field is completely flexible, and vehicle details are optional.
