GraftLogik is a mobile application that helps tradespeople track their daily jobs, hours, and earnings against a daily target. The app is developed and operated by Robert Brudenell trading as GraftLogik, based in the United Kingdom.
To use GraftLogik, you will need to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to use GraftLogik. The app is intended for professional use by tradespeople and sole traders.
GraftLogik offers a 30-day free trial from the date you create your account. No payment details are required to start the trial.
After the trial ends, continued access to the app requires an active subscription:
Subscription prices are shown in the app in your local currency. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your Apple ID account will be charged when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
All subscription payments are managed by Apple. Refund requests should be made directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. GraftLogik cannot process refunds directly.
GraftLogik stores your job data, earnings records, and account information. This data is backed up to the cloud using Supabase so you can access it across devices.
You own your data. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. For full details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use GraftLogik only for its intended purpose of tracking your own workshop earnings and job data. You must not:
GraftLogik, including its name, logo, design, code, and content, is owned by Robert Brudenell trading as GraftLogik. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal or business use as intended. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the app.
GraftLogik helps you track earnings but does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any business decisions you make based on the information the app displays. Always consult a qualified professional for financial or tax matters.
We aim to keep GraftLogik running reliably but cannot guarantee it will be available without interruption. The app may be updated, modified, or have features added or removed at any time. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability or changes to the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GraftLogik and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost earnings, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the app in a way that could harm other users or the service.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
